Return & Refund Policy

All Made by Jade products are made to order or produced in limited quantities. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@jadelee.co and include photographs of the issue. We will work with our production partners to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are non-refundable.
