Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Made by Jade is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
